Learning Islamic Knowledge The Gateway To Success
Knowledge is the gateway to success, as known by many. However, some people understand this statement differently. The Islamic definition and concept of knowledge, and how it is a gateway to success in this world and in the Hereafter, is an ambiguous matter to many people. Allâh said in Surat Az-Zumar, Ayah 9 which means: « Those who know are not the same as those who do not know. »

Who is the Accountable Person in Islam (Mukallaf) who is obligated to embrace Islam and work according to its rules (sharîʿah) ?
In Islam, the accountable person (mukallaf) is the one who is pubescent, sane, and has received the message of Islam, which is: “No one is God except Allâh, and Muḥammad is the Messenger of Allâh.”

Celebrating the Birth of the Prophet Muḥammad Mawlid Nabawiyy
There are two types of innovations mentioned in this Hadîth: the innovations of guidance and the innovations of misguidance. What complies with the Qur’ân, the Sunnah, the Ijmaʿ (scholarly consensus), and the sayings and practices of the Companions is an innovation of guidance, and what contradicts the Qur’ân, the Sunnah, the Ijmaʿ, and the sayings and actions of the Companions is an innovation of misguidance.

Eid Al-Fiṭr 2024 1445 and Zakat of Fiṭr
Also note that it is obligatory upon individuals who fulfil certain conditions to pay Zakah of Fitr. Zakah of fitr is an obligation on every Muslim who is alive at the end of Ramadan and the beginning of Shawwâl. In other terms if someone is alive when the sun sets on the last day of Ramaḍān, that is until after the sun sets, then the zakah of fitr is due on this person.

The Amazing Signs during the Birth of the Prophet Muḥammad
Many signs accompanied the honorable birth of the Prophet. Al-BayHaqiyy, Ibn ʿAsakir and others narrated from the route of Hani’ ِl-Makhzumi that he said, « On the night of the birth of the Messenger of Allâh, the palace of Kisra (the King of the Persians) shook and fourteen balconies fell from it. The fire of the Persians which had been burning continuously for one thousand years went out. The lake of Sa wah (in Persia) dried up. »

The Description of Prophet Muḥammad
The Prophet was not extremely tall, nor was he short. He had a white complexion and black hair. The Prophet’s hair was not straight rather it was slightly curly and long down to his shoulders. His smell was nicer than the pure musk itself. He had a clear forehead, long eyelashes, broad shoulders and a firm stomach. The Prophet was fast in his walk, and it was narrated that seeing his face one would think that the sun is rising from it.

Children’s Education in Islam
Allâh the exalted said in the Holy Qur’ân in Surat-TaHrim: يا أيها الذين ءامنوا قوا أنفسَكم وأهليكُم نارا وقودُها الناسُ والحجارة This ayah means: « O you who believed protect yourselves and your families from Hellfire, which is fuelled by people and stones. » Prophet Muḥammad peace be upon Him said what means: « Every one of you is a guardian over his dependents and is responsible for the action of these persons who are dependent on him. »

The Migration Al-Hijrah of Prophet Muḥammad from Mecca to Medina
The prophet Muḥammad emigrated from Mecca to Medina under the command of Allâh, and it is not by fleeing, fear, or cowardice. Miracle of Isrâ’ and Miʿrâj, Nocturnal Journey and Ascent of Prophet Muḥammad

Determining Beginning Date of Ramadan 2025 / 1446H
The beginning of the month of Ramadan, as well as the end of the month, is determined by sighting the crescent. If the crescent was not sighted, then the month would be completed by thirty days, as is the case with determining all the months of the lunar calendar. This is taken from the Hadîth of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلّم related by Al-Bukhâriyy and Muslim: « لا تَقَدَّمُوا رَمَضانَ بِيَومٍ أَوْ يَومَين صُوموا لرؤيتِه وأفطِرُوا لرُؤيتِه فإنْ غُمَّ علَيكم فأكْمِلوا عِدَّةَ شَعبانَ ثلاثينَ يوما », which means: « Do not fast one or two days before Ramaḍān. Start the month when you see the crescent, and end it when you see the crescent. If you are blocked from seeing it, then complete thirty days of Shaʿbân. »
