Laws and Rules of inheritance in Islam
It is invalid to divide the inheritance of a deceased person or to sell the inheritance until the debts and the zakât which was obligatory on him have been fulfilled. Something may be sold to pay off a debt or fulfill the will. The expenses of performing Hajj and ʿUmrah on behalf of the deceased must be taken out if the Hajj and ʿUmrah were obligatory on him and he did not perform them. The inheritance is like a collateral held for that purpose.

Lying is forbidden in Islam

Sins of the Tongue in Islam
The tongue is one of many endowments Allâh bestowed upon His slaves. Although the tongue is a tiny organ, the person who uses it to comply with the orders of Allâh, the teachings of the Qur’ân, and the teachings of the Prophet may earn blessings in this world and the in Hereafter. How to fast the month of Ramadan. Integrals & Invalidators of Fasting
The obligation on the believers of fasting Ramaḍân is known from the Qur’ân and the Hadîth. It was explicitly stated in Verse 183 of Surat Al-Baqarah: {يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الصِّيَامُ كَمَا كُتِبَ عَلَى الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ} which means: « O believers, Fasting is an obligation upon you as it was ordained upon the (Muslim nations) before you–to help you become pious. » Fasting was an obligation upon the nations before the nation of Prophet Muḥammad peace to be upon him, however, fasting the month of Ramaḍân in particular is a specification for the nation of Prophet Muḥammad peace to be upon him only.
